measures to assure quick and safe delivery.

Because of Covid19 negative impact on the business of travel, we will ship our adult's and kids' face masks with express mail only (which cost more) but you can still get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (10 to 15 days) for every Metamasks purchase (limited to certain countries). For EU, UK, NZ, SE, CH, NO, and other countries a small extra charge of $5 will apply. Thank you for shopping at our online store.

- We will process your order within 2 business days
, usually on the same day.
- Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier in your country

- There is usually no custom or import tax on a single item but we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
- Shipping method and delivery time varies by destination but generally, it takes 5 to 8 days for Express Shipping.

After you have received the tracking information from us (usually within 1 day after shipping), You can conveniently track your order via the website. Just enter your tracking number. 

Express mail can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address. Thank you.



  • Due to Health Regulations, respiratory masks are personal items and may not be exchanged or returned for resale. 

  • Masks will be replaced only if defective in materials or construction.

  • Please record a video when unboxing the package

  • Submitting a complaint on the grounds of a defect, damaged / incorrect order, must include an unboxing video

  • A complaint cannot be accepted if it is not accompanied by an unboxing video 

  • Complaints about products can be submitted a maximum of 14 days after the product is received
